Cancellation & refund policy
The same rules apply to every studio on CreatorConnect, so artists and hosts always know where they stand.
If an artist cancels
- More than 48 hours before the session: full refund, returned to the original payment method.
- Within 48 hours of the session: the payment stays with the host, since the time can rarely be rebooked.
- Requests that were never paid can be cancelled at any time at no cost.
If a host declines or cancels
The artist always receives a full refund, whenever it happens. Hosts who cancel confirmed sessions repeatedly may have their listings unpublished.
How payments are split
Studio hosts receive 86% of every booking. CreatorConnect keeps 14%, which covers running the platform and the artist sponsorship fund. When a booking is refunded, both shares are returned, including our fee.
Refund timing
Refunds are issued immediately on our side and typically appear on a card within 5–10 business days, depending on the bank.
